Nano Polymer Solutions LLC (NPS) – registered in South Carolina, USA is primarily involved in the Nanotechnological real-time detection of bacteria for in vivo and in vitro applications and research in the development of a low cost, non-drug, non-toxic, electrostatic spray, to further reduce residual contamination of surfaces disinfection, without further bacteria mutation.

Role in the project:

NPS will be mostly involved in the development of safe by material design strategies for materials used in medical diagnostics and therapy. In addition, NPS will provide these materials to WP2 for testing of the effectiveness of the safe by material design modifications as well as for providing case-study- specific information for modelling purposes (WP3). NPS will also participate to the project’s Industrial User Committee and will support the testing of the usability/feasibility of the SIA e-infrastructure from industry perspective (WP1). In addition, NPS will contribute to the stakeholder engagement, dissemination and exploitation activities of the project (WP8), with a focus on industry in the USA (WP7). NPS will be strongly involved in the EU-US collaboration activities of WP7.
