Scientific coordination and administrative management

Objectives

To coordinate the research activities across WPs. To ensure compliance with EU guidelines, and in particular for financial accountability and progress reporting. To facilitate cooperation with other European and international initiatives (e.g. NanoSafety Cluster, EU-US CoRs).

Methodology

UNIVE will adopt proven methods of modern agile management. This will allow us to more efficiently achieve the project objectives and to better manage risks and new findings. ERS will set up a project management office and a server to share documents, and will provide processes, tools, templates, and guidance for all administrative procedures.

Key Outcomes

Continuous monitoring of all project activities, financial and technical reports, framework for project management; quality management plan.
